Overview

The Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) integration provides two custom field types that can be added to the ticket form:

  • EDD Order — Allows customers to select one of their EDD orders.
  • EDD Product — Allows customers to select a product from the EDD store.

These fields help customers provide order or product information when submitting a ticket for support.

Where to Find

To create these custom fields, go to:
Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields → Add New
Select EDD Order or EDD Product as the Field Type.

After creating the custom fields, add them to the ticket form from:
Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields → Add New
Select the newly created fields to make them available in the ticket form.

The EDD Order field allows customers to select an order when submitting a ticket.
The field displays orders associated with the current customer, allowing them to specify which order they need help with.

The EDD Product field allows customers to select a product when submitting a ticket.

Overview

The EDD Widget allows support agents to view the ticket creator’s Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) orders directly from the individual ticket page.
The widget displays order information and the total amount spent by the ticket creator, helping agents review the customer’s purchase history while handling the ticket.

Where to Find

Go to: Support → Settings → Ticket Widgets → EDD

Enable the EDD widget.
Once enabled, the widget is available on the individual ticket page for agents with the required permissions.

You can control which support agent roles can view the EDD Widget on the ticket page.
Configure the allowed agent roles from the EDD Widget settings to restrict widget visibility to specific support agent roles.
