Overview

The Email Marketing Tool Integration in the SupportCandy plugin allows administrators to seamlessly subscribe users to their email marketing lists on platforms such as MailChimp, GetResponse, and Brevo (SendinBlue).

General Settings

Support → Settings → Email Marketing Tool → General

Connection

Under the General menu, administrators can find the Connection settings. Here, they need to select the email marketing tool they are using—MailChimp, GetResponse, or Brevo (SendinBlue).

Subscription Options

In the General menu, administrators can also configure Subscription Options. They can choose where to display the subscription option: on the registration page, the create new ticket page, or both.
