The LMS Integration connects your Learning Management System (LMS) with the SupportCandy helpdesk.
This integration allows customers to associate tickets with their courses. Agents can also view course-related information directly from the ticket.
SupportCandy supports popular LMS plugins such as LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, and LearnPress.

How It Works

When LMS Integration is enabled, customers can select a course while creating a ticket.
This helps customers provide course-related information with their support request. Agents can then identify the relevant course and understand the customer’s issue more quickly.
The integration can also provide agents with customer LMS information from the ticket. This may include:

  • Courses the customer is enrolled in
  • Course or subscription details
  • Customer purchase information
  • Total amount spent

The available information depends on the connected LMS plugin.

Where to Find

Go to Support → Settings → LMS.

The LMS Widget allows agents to view the ticket creator’s course information directly on the ticket page.
The widget helps agents understand the customer’s course history and provide more relevant support.

Where to Find

Go to Support → Settings → Ticket Widgets → LMS.

How to Enable the LMS Widget
  1. Go to Support → Settings → Ticket Widgets → LMS.
  2. Enable the LMS widget.
  3. Configure Allowed Agent Roles to select which agent roles can view the widget.
  4. Save the settings.

Once enabled, the LMS Widget is available on the individual ticket page for the allowed agent roles.

Information Displayed in the LMS Widget

The LMS Widget can display the following information about the ticket creator:

  • Enrolled Courses — Courses in which the customer is enrolled.
  • Subscription History — The customer’s course subscription history.
  • Total Spending — The total amount spent by the customer on courses.

The available information may depend on the connected LMS plugin.

The LMS Add-On provides two custom field types for collecting course-related information in tickets.
You can add these fields to the ticket form so customers can select their enrolled course or any available LMS course.

Where to Find

Go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields.

How to Create LMS Custom Fields
  • Go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields.
  • Click Add New.
  • Select one of the following field types:
    • LMS User Courses — Displays courses enrolled by the current customer.
    • LMS Courses — Displays all courses available in the connected LMS.
  • Configure the field settings, such as the field label and required status.
  • Save the custom field.
Add the LMS Field to the Ticket Form

After creating the custom field, add it to the ticket form:

  1. Go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Select the LMS custom field you created.
  4. Save the ticket form field.

The selected LMS field will then be available on the ticket form for customers to provide course-related information.
