Support → Settings → Print → General

You can print/export the ticket in PDF format from thank you page and the individual ticket page. 

Where you get print option

You will get print option on ticket page, as shown below:

If allows, it will show the print option on thank you page after the ticket is created.

You can customize the print button label if needed.

Allow to customer

If enabled, the customer can print the ticket from the individual ticket page.

The print template is divided into 3 parts: Header, Body, and Footer. You can customize the header, footer, and body of the PDF file.

Header

Header height (px): Here you can set the height of the header.

Header font size (px): Set the font size of the header text.

Header Text: Customize the header as per your requirement. You can use macros, and insert images to personalize the view.

Body

Body font size (px): Set the font size of the body.

Body: Customize the body as per your requirement. You can use macros, and insert images to personalize the view.

Footer

Footer height (px): Here you can set the height of the footer.

Footer font size (px): Set the font size of the footer text.

Footer Text: Customize the footer as per your requirement. You can use macros, and insert images to personalize the view.
