This add-on enables CSV export functionality to the ticket list.
How does it work?
- You can set who can export tickets, e.g., agent roles, registered users, guest users, etc.
- You can set fields to export and their order for agent and customer views.
- Users can export the tickets from the “List Actions” menu on the ticket list.
- Export functionality uses the current filter applied to the ticket list to export the tickets. For example, if the user has set it to view only tickets of the category “General”, it will export all tickets of the same.
