Gravity Forms integration allows you to create and map multiple forms for your ticketing system, which is not possible by default.
How does it work?
- Create forms in the Gravity Forms as per your needs and place them on the frontend pages.
- Add mapping of each form field with SupportCandy fields for every Gravity Form you wish to integrate.
- Customers fill out and submit the form.
- A new ticket is created and field values are taken as per mapping in the integration settings.
