This add-on seamlessly integrates LMS plugins into SupportCandy, streamlining the support process. Your customers can select a specific course or their course while creating a ticket, and your agents gain instant access to the customer’s course details right within the ticket.
How it works
- Two new custom field types LMS Course and LMS User Course, are added so that you can create custom fields of these types.
- You can add custom fields, Course and User Course, into the ticket form.
- Agents can view the Subscription history, total spent, etc., information within the ticket.
- Subscription details can be accessed within the ticket itself by the agents.
