Upon the price we agreed you can choose token to purchase from this page. You can use combination of tokens if amount option is not available in payment options. For example you need to pay $400 which is not available in this list, you can select $300 and $100 at once before adding it to cart.

We provide best possible support after final delivery to make sure plugin works well for you. We do not charge anything to fix bugs but if you need further development in the plugin, it is chargeable as per requirements.

Refund Policy

If we fail to deliver or our plugin or customization do not meet your given requirements or if you found bugs in our customization and we fail to fix those bugs, you can request for refund within 30 days after final delivery. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Please note, refund will not accepted if you simply decided not to use the product or customization. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

Setup Service

Setting up SupportCandy is almost Plug and Play. We have given necessary documentation, FAQs for your help while you are setting up the plugin. Additionally, you can create support tickets for any help you may need while setting it correctly as per your requirement.

But still, if you do not want to get in details to all this, we provide paid setup service for you in which you can just let us know the requirement and an expert will set this for you on your website.

All you need to do is purchase this service from Pricing Details section on this page and create ticket with category Setup Service. You can provide requirements in this ticket description in detail.

This consultation and setup fee is for single site only. You will need to pay separate fee for each website.

Our expert will review your requirement and will ask for your website access information via secure method and start setting up by discussing with you further. Primarily discussion will be done via ticket you created for this service but it is not limited to. If needed, our expert may call you via Skype or any other communication medium which has screen-share option for discussing things with your requirement. If call is needed, he will send you calendar invite based on your availability.

He can suggest to buy premium add-ons or paid customisation depending upon your requirement so that you get exactly what you needed. But that does not mean he will always suggest buying add-ons or paid customisation. It is all depend on your requirement and feature availability in the product.

Please note, this service is non-refundable even if you decide not to use the product at all. This is special consultation fee in which an expert spend time to setup, plan, discussion, Skype Call (if needed), etc.

Reports

Statistics and reports are an integral part of any business. It gives you a quick overview of how your business is performing on a timeline.

This addon includes the below reports:

1. Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick overview of reports for a time period set in the settings. You do not want to show all the reports to the dashboard. You can set which reports should be there in the reports settings.

2. Ticket Statistics

As the name suggests, it shows reports about the number of tickets that arrived for the given duration.

3. First response time

First response time means the time taken by an agent to respond to a ticket for the first time after its arrival. This is an important report for you to understand how your agents are performing and how much average time customers getting the first response from your end.

4. Categories or any custom field which has options

Categories or any custom field which has options will have a separate report section. These reports are shown in horizontal bars so that it gets fit to whichever screen you are seeing it.

5. Ratings

This report belongs to another addon – Satisfaction Survey. As you can see in the above screenshot, it gives a good overview of customer satisfaction with the support they receive from you.

6. SLA

It gives a report about the number of tickets that have gone out of SLA for a given time period (Line chart as ticket statistics).

7. Active customers

This gives you the customer list ordered by the maximum number of tickets they have created.

Apart from this, this addon also provides a print option for all reports. Currently, it does not have any reports for individual agent performance but we are actively working on it and will try to make it available as soon as possible.
