Name
Name the label(rating option) as per your workflow. Here you can use text, special characters as well as numbers to customize the survey.
Color & Background Color
Select the color & background color of the label.
Confirmation Text
Whenever a customer submits the rating, a confirmation text will be shown to the customer. The confirmation text can be a thank you message for positive ratings or accepting feedback for negative ratings.
