Overview
The MailChimp integration allows SupportCandy to add customers to a selected MailChimp audience.
You can configure the MailChimp connection, subscriber status, and tags from the MailChimp settings.
Where to Find
Go to Support → Settings → Email Marketing Tool → MailChimp.
MailChimp API Key Guide
API Key
Enter your MailChimp API Key to connect SupportCandy with your MailChimp account.
You can create or manage your API key from the MailChimp developer settings.

Audience
Select the Audience where SupportCandy should add new subscribers.
The selected audience will receive subscribers added through the SupportCandy email marketing integration.
Default Subscriber Status
Select the default subscription status for new subscribers.
This status is applied when SupportCandy adds a new subscriber to the selected MailChimp audience.
Subscriber Tags
Add Subscriber Tags to categorize subscribers in MailChimp.
Tags can help you organize and identify subscribers based on their SupportCandy subscription source or other requirements.
