You can control the rich text editor settings for the Agent, Registered User, and Guest User in this setting.
You can either enable/disable the rich text editor for the user type.
You can control whether you wish to allow attachments to places like ticket descriptions, reply descriptions, note descriptions, etc.
As the name suggests, you can control which actions you can enable for a Rich text editor.
Show file attachment notice
You may wish to show information for file attachments, like allowed file types, allowed file size, etc., to the users. You can do so in this setting for user types.
If enabled, text copied in the clipboard will be pasted with HTML.
