Overview
The SupportCandy core plugin does not require a license key. However, you must activate a valid license to use premium add-ons.
Each premium add-on requires a valid license key to receive updates and access premium features.
Where to Find
To download premium add-ons and view your license keys:
supportcandy.net → My Account → View Details and Downloads
To activate a license on your website:
Support → Licenses
How It Works
After purchasing a premium add-on, you can download it and obtain its license key from your SupportCandy Account.
Install and activate only the premium add-ons you need. Once activated, enter the corresponding license key in the Licenses page to activate the add-on on your website.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Sign in to your account on supportcandy.net.
- Go to My Account → View Details and Downloads.
- Download the premium add-ons you want to use.
- Copy the license key for each add-on.
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Upload and activate the downloaded premium add-on.
- Go to SupportCandy → Licenses.
- Enter the license key for the premium add-on.
- Click Activate.
Options / Settings
License Key: Enter the license key provided in your SupportCandy account for the premium add-on.
Activate: Validates and activates the license for the installed premium add-on.
Example
Suppose you purchased the SLA add-on.
- Download the SLA add-on from your SupportCandy account.
- Install and activate it on your WordPress website.
- Copy the corresponding license key from My Account.
- Paste the license key into SupportCandy → Licenses and click Activate.
The add-on is now activated and ready to use.
