License Activation

The core SupportCandy plugin does not require a license for activation, you need licenses to activate premium add-ons.

Please follow the below steps to activate the licenses:

1. Go to the My Account section on supportcandy.net.
2. Here log in with your registered email and go to View Details and Downloads
3. Download the premium add-ons.
4. Also, you can get the license key here.
5. Now go to Your site > Dashboard > Plugins > Install and activate all the premium add-ons you downloaded(install and activate them as plugins).
6. After activation, go to the Dashboard > Support > Licences > Insert license key > Activate.

Please note there is no need to install all the add-ons, install only add-ons that are required for you.
