In order to add a new agent, there are only two requirements:

  1. First, you must have a user account of the person to whom you wish to add an agent. There is no limitation of any specific WordPress user role to make him an agent.
  2. Agent Role – You can choose an existing agent role or can create a new one to suit the capabilities of the agent you are about to make.
Please follow the below steps to add an agent(s):
  1. Go to Support Support Agents Agents Add New
  2. Select one or more existing users.
  3. Select role
  4. Click Submit, and you are done!
