If enabled, it will add a checkbox in the ticket form with a custom message letting the user know what information the system will store in the database.
Personal data retention
It determines how long personal information within the ticket will be retained. Personal information like Name, Email Address, IP Address, and custom fields marked as personal info, etc., will either get deleted or anonymized from the database after the retention period is over from the date created. Set personal data retention to “0 days” if you wish to keep the personal info indefinitely.
