The Ticket Tag Setting feature allows administrators to manage tags associated with tickets in a ticketing system. Customizing Tag Appearance
Support → Settings → Ticket Tags → General
Here you can set the default appearance of the tag icon. You can customize the text color and background color. This appearance will be set as default for every tag created from the individual ticket page.
