Ticket widget settings

Overview

Ticket Widgets are groups of information displayed on an individual ticket page.
The Ticket Widgets settings allow you to control which widgets are displayed and how they appear.
You can enable or disable widgets, rename them, reorder them, and configure their permissions.

Where to Find

Go to Support → Settings → Ticket Widgets.

How It Works

Each open ticket widget displays specific ticket, customer, or support information on the individual ticket page.
You can customize the ticket page by:

  • Enable/Disable Widgets – Control whether a widget is displayed.
  • Rename Widgets – Change the widget name to match your workflow.
  • Reorder Widgets – Drag and drop widgets to change their display order.
  • Permissions – Control which roles can view or modify widgets.
The following widgets are available in the core product.
