Here you can create and customize email notifications for satisfaction surveys. Whenever a customer or support agent closes a ticket or it gets closed automatically then a survey email notification will be sent to the customer.
Days after closing
You can choose the days after which survey email notification will be sent to the customer after closing a ticket.
Subject
You can customize the subject as per your requirement.
Body
You can customize the email body with the help of macros. You can use the macro “{{satisfaction_survey_links}}” so customers will get the survey page link where they can rate the ticket.
