Support → Settings → Schedule Tickets → Schedule Tickets
Tickets will be created based on the template predefined by you.
Title
Give a suitable title for a scheduled ticket.
Recurrence Setting
You will have the following option while choosing recurrence for your scheduled tickets:
- Recurrence Period: Chose the recurrence Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly. Please note, tickets will be created at midnight on selected days.
- Daily: If chosen, the ticket gets created every day at midnight.
- Every X day(s): If chosen, the ticket gets created every X day. The ticket gets created even on the holiday.
- Every X Work Day(s): If chosen, then the ticket gets created every X working day. The ticket will not get created on the holiday. You must declare a holiday in the “Working hours” setting.
- Weekly: If chosen, the ticket gets created every X week(s) on selected days.
- Monthly: If chosen, you will get the following option while choosing the recurrence:
- Every X month on X day
- Every X month on X weekday
- Yearly: If chosen, you will get the following option while choosing the recurrence:
- Every X year on every x day of every x month
- Every X year on every X weekday of X month
- Daily: If chosen, the ticket gets created every day at midnight.
- Starts On: Choose the date from which onwards you want to start creating scheduled tickets.
- Ends On: Define the end date or the number of recurrences for the scheduled ticket.
- No End Date: If chosen, the system will generate the scheduled ticket until you delete the scheduled ticket or change the setting of recurrence.
- Ends after X times: If chosen, the system will generate the scheduled tickets for X times.
- Ends On: If chosen, the system will generate the scheduled tickets till the selected date.
Ticket Fields
You can define the ticket fields which can auto-populate in every scheduled ticket.
Agentonly Fields
You can define the agentonly fields which can auto-populate in every scheduled ticket.
