Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields
You will get two types of field types, LMS user courses and LMS courses so that you can create custom fields of these types. You can add these custom fields to the ticket form. Customers can select the LMS user courses and LMS courses in the ticket form for which they are seeking help.
To create these custom fields, please go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields → Add New → Field Type →LMS user courses/LMS courses. After creating the custom fields, add them in the ticket form at Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields → Add New → Select newly created fields.
LMS user courses
This field type allows users to select user courses in the ticket form. This field will list the courses of the current user.
LMS courses
This field type allows users to select LMS courses in the ticket form. This field will list all the LMS courses listed on your LMS store.
