Support → Settings → Productivity Suite
To access and configure the Productivity Suite features, navigate to Support > Settings > Productivity Suite in your SupportCandy helpdesk. Here, admin users can enable or disable individual features such as:
- Checklist
- Ticket Template
- To-Do List
- Pin Ticket
- Close Ticket Silently
