Support Settings → Productivity Suite

To access and configure the Productivity Suite features, navigate to Support > Settings > Productivity Suite in your SupportCandy helpdesk. Here, admin users can enable or disable individual features such as:

  • Ticket Template
  • To-Do List
  • Pin Ticket
  • Close Ticket Silently
