Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields
You will get two types of field types, EDD Order and EDD Product so that you can create custom fields of these types. You can add these custom fields to the ticket form. Customers can select the product or order in the ticket form for which they are seeking help.
To create these custom fields, please go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields → Add New → Field Type →EDD Order/EDD Product. After creating the custom fields, add them in the ticket form at Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields → Add New → Select newly created fields.
EDD Order Field Type
This field type allows users to select EDD orders in the ticket form. This field will list the order of the current user.
EDD Product Field Type
This field type allows users to select EDD products in the ticket form. This field will list all the products listed on your EDD store.
