Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields

The LMS Add-On introduces two new custom field types: LMS User Courses and LMS Courses. These allow customers to specify course-related details while creating a ticket.

How to Create LMS Custom Fields:
  1. Navigate to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields → Add New.
  2. Choose the field type:
    • LMS User Courses: Displays courses enrolled by the current user.
    • LMS Courses: Displays all courses available in your LMS.
  3. Configure the field (e.g., label, required status).
  4. Add the new field to the ticket form by going to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields → Add New → Select Field.
