This add-on is developed to keep users’ data safe and secure as this add-on saves data in an encrypted format.
You may need to get confidential information like website access details, FTP access, user credentials, etc. You can ask users to submit personal info with the private credentials widget which is available on the sidebar of the individual ticket page.
Visibility and Accessibility
You can allow/deny the visibility and accessibility of private credential widget to agent roles. You can manage the permission from the Support →Support Agents →Agent Roles → Edit →View Credentials/Modify Credentials.
Auto Delete once close the ticket
The credentials will get auto-deleted once the ticket gets closed.
