Choose action after creating a ticket
You can redirect the users after creating the ticket to any custom page, or individual ticket page or show a thank you message. You can have different settings for agent and customers.
Thank you text
This text will be shown as a new ticket confirmation when you create a ticket from the website. You can edit this either as HTML or TEXT as per your needs. In this text mode, you can also use custom HTML code. Macros are available to replace the ticket data.
