You will get two types of field types, WOO Order and WOO Product so that you can create custom fields of these types. You can add these custom fields to the ticket form. Customers can select the product or order in the ticket form for which they are seeking help.
To create these custom fields, please go to Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Fields → Add New → Field Type →Woo Order/Woo Product. After creating the custom fields, add them in the ticket form at Support → Custom Fields → Ticket Form Fields → Add New → Select newly created fields.
Woo Order Field Type
This field type allows users to select WooCommerce orders in the ticket form. This field will list the order of the current user.
Woo Product Field Type
This field type allows users to select WooCommerce products in the ticket form. This field will list all the products listed on your WooCommerce store.
