Overview
The Select export fields setting allows you to choose which Ticket fields are included in the exported file based on the user role.
You can select different Ticket fields for Agents/Admin and Customers.
Agent View
Select the Ticket fields to be included in the exported file for Agents/Admin.
Customer View
Select the Ticket fields to be included in the exported file for the Customer.
