This add-on helps your customers to create and check tickets on their WooCommerce dashboard and enable your agents to check customer orders within a ticket itself.
You can manage the accessibility to the helpdesk from the frontend WooCommerce dashboard.
Dashboard support tab
If enabled, you will get the support tab on the WooCommerce my account page. In the support tab, users can access their tickets and create new tickets.

If enabled, you will get the help button for every WooCommerce order. This button will redirect the users to the create new ticket page.

Use Woo Dashboard as a ticket URL
If enabled, the ticket URL will redirect to the WooCommerce dashboard and you can view the ticket on the WooCommerce dashboard. Otherwise, the ticket will be displayed on the default support page.
